Note: This painting was awarded the "People's Choice Award", at the Lakeshore Arts, 10th Annual juried show, 2003. I named it "Late of Afternoon", at that show, because of my late submission. I scrambled to get it into the show, one half hour before the closing deadline and had to come up with a quick title. Officially later, I named it "Crisp Fall Afternoon", in a more contemplative state of mind. Thanks to Susan Nagy, Arts Manager, Lakeshore Arts, and Brenda Siddall, Event Coordinator.
